• Click on FREE Registration near the top of the screen to register if this is your first time on the site. If you have previously registered, you will log into My Account using your user name and password.
• Once on the My Account page, click "Edit Authorized Organizations" and, from the dropdown, select ANXtra. Click the "Add Organization" button. This is required for us to provide you with your free subscription voucher.
• Go to the Course Catalog and begin reviewing courses available. You may review and take tests on as many courses as you wish. A score of 80% or higher is required for the test to be recorded and made available for certificate use.
• ANXtra's required course for nurses if called Annual Mandatory Review (AMR). This covers all OSHA, HIPPA and JCAHO standards. Additional courses may be required by the facility you work with.
• Nurses are also required to take the following competency exams:
  • Two of the following:
    • Fatigue & Medical Errors (Too Tired to be Safe)
    • Infection Control Barrier Precautions
    • Patient Rights
  • Applicable Specialty Area Exam
• Certificates of completion are dated the day you take the test and are online for one year through your personal "My Account". You will not be able to access the certificates until your account is assigned a voucher by ANXtra.
